Qloudsoft follows a transparent and no fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms and Conditions of the policy:

• 1) All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager (EMAIL ID’S: - support@qloudsoft.in). The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.
• 2) Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 24 Hours of placing the order or Execution of the project has not started already.
• 3) Qloudsoft will not be held responsible for any third-party services, such as hosting, web development, content writing etc.
• 4) Due to the nature of the services, Qloudsoft does not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation. In case of monthly payment, it is understood that payment for next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. Qloudsoft does not make any guarantees on the basis of traffic/rankings etc. and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof.
• 5) We only provide White label Digital Marketing and Web Development service all over the India. If you are not happy with our services, you’ll get your refund back according to our above mentioned policies.
• 6) At Qloudsoft Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to clarify the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided for orders placed with our company.
• 7) If a customer decides to cancel their order before we commence work or within the first 24 hours of placing the order, a refund will be issued. However, please note that certain fees are non-refundable. These non-refundable fees include: -
  a) Domain Purchase Fee: If we have already purchased a domain name on behalf of the customer, the fee for the domain will not be refunded.
  b) Server Purchase Fee: Similarly, if we have acquired server space for the project, the fee for server purchase will not be refunded.
• 8) More Than 50% Work Completion: In the event that the customer cancels the order after more than 50% of the work has been completed, the full amount agreed upon for the project will be due and payable. No refund will be issued in this circumstance.
• 9) Qloudsoft Solutions reserves the right to revise or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes. By placing an order with Qloudsoft Solutions, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
